What pisses me off are people going, “I have no problems with gays, BUT…” and then they list a whole set of problems. And that kind of thing takes other forms too, like, “I have no problems with gays having the same rights as heterosexuals, as long as they stay away from me.” Or, “I’m not homophobic but then I don’t like [enter a subculture of gay here].” I can’t believe people expect to have some kind of double standard, or expect to have it their way just because they don’t think it’s right or whatever. OMG OMG OMG STUPID!
I don’t get why guys assume that because another guy is gay that they will automatically be attracted to them and try to have sex with them while they are sleeping as if they are so unbelievably attractive that no one can keep their hands off of them - despite the fact that girls have been able to control themselves up until that point.

You’re right, it’s pretty ridiculous, but it also goes the other way, believe it or not. I had a gay roommate my first year of college who seemed to be, for the lack of a better word, heterophobic. That was a pain to deal with.
Devil’s Workday — With what you’re talking about, there’s this really stupid stereotype that a gay man will automatically hit on a straight man. Like, honestly, I reckon gay people have better gaydars than straight people, so I wish they’d stop freaking out. And even if a gay person did mistake someone’s sexuality with a straight person, all they have to do is tell them that they’re not gay. And you’re right, straight people think that they’re going to want to have sex with them, or even worse, rape them.

I get stupidly angry about people who say I’m not a racist… or I’m not homaphobic but… and then go on to list all the reasons they are in fact racist or homaphobic.
I’m from a small town, and after living in the city for 5 years and attending uni sometimes going back home to some of the small minded attitudes just makes me want to sit people down and force my opinions on why they’re idiots down their throats. For the most part though, I think I manage to abstain.
Except for the odd “I’m not saying you’re a freaking idiot, but dude, you’re such an idiot.”
I for one would like to know more about this old harsh gay.
