Yeah, this is fucked. Remember the TAFE assignment I was talking about? Due to a lack of communication and the ambiguity I just decided to call it off. I don’t understand how the heck that happens, the teacher I was co-ordinating this with, I talked to him for an hour and told him about my idea and we kept discussing the same problems for some strange reason and it just never went anywhere. Too weird. So I just gave up. I don’t think the teacher was too excited about this from the get-go, so I guess he was mostly no. It makes me wonder when people say no, whether they just can’t do it, or they won’t.
But that’s okay. I’m MC anyway, and this should be interesting. I need to write up introductions for each act, and my classmate and I are going to be handing out flyers on the day to remind everyone to get to gig. Or else. I’ll also have to rehearse something to say for the gig as we make our rounds as well.
